Of course. I create personalized nutrition plans tailored to your health and wellness goals. Strict meal plans may not be necessary for every client and are used when clinically indicated.

I’m currently in the process of becoming credentialed with additional insurance plans. At this time, I am in-network with United Healthcare/Optum, First Choice Health, and Regence Blue Shield.

If I’m considered out-of-network for your specific plan, I can also provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider regarding your out-of-network benefits.

A minimum of 24-hours is needed for rescheduling or cancellation. If less than 24-hours, there will be a $50 fee applied to your balance.

An initial 60-minute consultation is $125. Our hour together would include a deep dive into your current dietary & lifestyle habits, your past and family health history, and ways we can create a personalized integrative nutrition plan for you.

A 55-minute follow-up session is $100, with an emphasis on continuous support from the initial consultation. This includes taking the time to discuss what has and hasn’t been working for you, as well as how to make adjustments and address any additional changes that occur due to hormonal fluctuations and life's seasons.

This $25 cookbook, which is over 100 pages long, features recipes, tips, and advice broken down into each phase of your cycle. This is a great introduction tool to learn more about your cycle and for those advanced gals looking for fun and easy recipes to add to your routine.
