  • The first session includes a comprehensive intake: together we will review your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition habits, goals, menstrual cycle, and any lab work if available. This is also a great time to learn more about your daily routines and ask any questions you may have about working together.

  • Prior to our session, you’ll submit recent lab work, a list of current medications and supplements, and completed intake paperwork to review together through your secure client portal.

  • Absolutely. I offer secure telehealth sessions for your convenience.

    Yes, I provide virtual nutrition services in several states. Some states allow licensed nutritionist to practice without obtaining an additional state license.

    If you are located outside of Washington, please contact me to confirm if I can work with you based on your location and overall needs.

  • Of course. I create personalized nutrition plans tailored to your health and wellness goals. Strict meal plans may not be necessary for every client and are used when clinically indicated.

  • I’m currently in the process of becoming credentialed with insurance. In the meantime, I do accept Aetna, BCBS, and UnitedHealthcare through the group practice with which I’m affiliated.

    If I’m considered out-of-network for your plan, I can also provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I recommend checking with your provider about out-of-network benefits.

  • This is personalized to each client and happy to discuss this further with you to find a plan that fits perfectly in your season of life.

  • A minimum of 24-hours is needed for rescheduling or cancellation. If less than 24-hours, there will be a $50 fee applied to your balance.

  • An initial 60-minute consultation is $125. Our hour together would include a deep dive into your current dietary & lifestyle habits, your past and family health history, and ways we can create a personalized integrative nutrition plan for you.

  • A 55-minute follow-up session is $100, with an emphasis on continuous support from the initial consultation. This includes taking the time to discuss what has and hasn’t been working for you, as well as how to make adjustments and address any additional changes that occur due to hormonal fluctuations and life's seasons.

  • This $25 cookbook, which is over 100 pages long, features recipes, tips, and advice broken down into each phase of your cycle. This is a great introduction tool to learn more about your cycle and for those advanced gals looking for fun and easy recipes to add to your routine.
